Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience. This role involves supporting daily spa operations, assisting clients with check-in and check-out, promoting services and memberships, and helping maintain a clean and professional spa environment. Sales Associates are also responsible for meeting individual sales goals through the promotion of memberships, upgrades, and retail products.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual membership sales goals.
• Learn and understand our full menu of services (training provided).
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with guests and members.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Clearly explain service options, promotions, and membership benefits to clients.
• Help ensure the spa is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Answer phones, book appointments, and manage client records.
• Support spa operations by performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements & Education

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
