Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, driven Spa Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on site.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching a team in real time, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences. You will serve as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth operations, strong sales performance, and professional standards — while partnering closely with our Multi-Unit Spa Director.

What You’ll Do
Lead Daily Operations
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Ensure proper staffing coverage and schedule adherence
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service readiness
- Address operational challenges as they arise
Supervise & Support the Team
- Serve as the highest-ranking leader on site during your shift
- Coach front desk associates and service providers in real time
- Reinforce professionalism, service standards, and accountability
- Address attendance and performance concerns appropriately
Elevate the Client Experience
- Resolve escalated client concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure adherence to service and safety standards
- Monitor rebooking, retail, and membership conversations
Drive Sales & Membership Performance
- Lead daily sales focus and membership growth initiatives
- Coach team on conversion and add-on strategies
- Support promotional rollouts and pricing updates

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (spa, retail, hospitality, fitness, or service-based industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
