Spa Sales Associate - Hand and Stone Matthews

Hand & Stone Matthews is seeking a Spa Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you are a key part of creating an OUTSTANDING experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
• Welcome and greet clients upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, and assist with scheduling needs
• Promote memberships, gift cards, service upgrades, and wellness benefits
• Maintain accurate filing and follow proper administrative procedures
• Support a clean, professional, and inviting spa environment
• Demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude and strong teamwork
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support spa operations

What You Bring

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with spa software is a plus (training provided)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfort with sales and customer engagement
