About The Role
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a results-driven Spa Director to lead sales performance and team development across our Doral and West Kendall locations.
This is a hands-on sales leadership position focused on membership growth, lead conversion, client retention, revenue generation, and developing a high-performing team. Each location has its own Manager; the Spa Director will work alongside those Managers and float between both locations based on business needs.

We are looking for a leader who is hands-on, competitive, coachable, and passionate about sales and client relationships.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 per year performance-based bonus/commission
Benefits and compensation are subject to company plan terms and eligibility.
Location
This position will work between our Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa locations in Doral and West Kendall, Florida.

About The Role
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a results-driven Spa Director to lead sales performance and team development across our Doral and West Kendall locations.
This is a hands-on sales leadership position focused on membership growth, lead conversion, client retention, revenue generation, and developing a high-performing team. Each location has its own Manager; the Spa Director will work alongside those Managers and float between both locations based on business needs.
What You'll Do
- Drive membership sales, revenue growth, lead conversion, rebooking, and client retention across both locations.
- Coordinate with managers to set sales goals and hold teams accountable for achieving performance targets.
- Coach front desk teams on sales, closing techniques, objection handling, and client engagement.
- Personally engage with clients and prospective members to support sales and conversion.
- Follow up with leads and develop strategies to convert new guests into loyal members.
- Drive membership reactivation, upgrades, service enhancements, retail sales, and referrals.
- Review sales and performance metrics and create action plans to improve results.
- Build a positive, energetic, and accountable sales culture.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience and help resolve client concerns when needed.
- Support local marketing, community outreach, and business development initiatives.
- Travel between the Doral and West Kendall locations as business needs require.
- 3 years of management or leadership experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Proven success in sales, membership sales, customer retention, or revenue growth.
- Experience coaching and motivating a sales team.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with lead follow-up, outbound calls, and asking for the sale.
- Results-oriented with a strong understanding of sales KPIs.
- Experience in spa, aesthetics, wellness, salon, fitness, hospitality, or another membership-based business is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work between two locations.
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends based on business needs.
