What you'll do
- Welcome guests and make them feel taken care of
- Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
- Learn our menu and recommend the right service for each client
- Talk to clients about memberships and hit monthly goals (every sale boosts your pay)
- Share current promotions and keep the front desk clean and stocked
- Handle filing and other day-to-day tasks
- $17/hour to start, with raises as you grow
- $10–$35 commission per membership sold
- An extra $2/hour for each membership sold when you sell 12 memberships in two weeks
- Separate commission on gift card sales
