Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Associate located in Chicago, IL. The Spa Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, booking appointments, selling memberships, and promoting spa services and products. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, maintaining a clean and welcoming spa environment, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Spa Associate will assist with administrative duties and support the spa team as needed.
