What You’ll Do
- Greet clients warmly and professionally
- Manage phone calls, emails, and online bookings
- Schedule appointments to optimize therapist availability
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Educate guests on services, products, and spa policies
- Upsell retail products, spa packages, and gift cards
- Meet sales goals for memberships, upgrades, gift cards, and promotions
- Resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Support daily operations and team communication
- Experience in customer service or front desk roles (spa/wellness preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Competence in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Comfort with scheduling software and basic tech tools
- Calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for wellness, beauty, and client care
- Availability for evenings and weekends

- Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
