Roles and Responsibilities:

• An active Esthetics license in Pennsylvania
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services - including Waxing, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, NuFace, Dermalogica ProPen and DiamondGlow services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends to grow your client base.
• Achieve sales and rebooking goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
