This is a part-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Associate located in Hudson, MA. The Front Desk Associate will perform receptionist duties, welcome and check in clients, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries with professionalism and a customer-centered approach. Responsibilities also include managing phone communications, maintaining a clean and organized front desk, and supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to address client needs and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette, including scheduling appointments and handling inbound/outbound calls courteously
- Basic Computer Literacy skills, with a capacity to operate scheduling and point-of-sale systems efficiently
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a welcoming demeanor
- Prior experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer-facing role is a plus
