- Meet and exceed individual and team membership sales goals
- Build genuine relationships with members and guests
- Create an outstanding experience from the moment a client walks through the door
- Confidently communicate memberships, promotions, products, and service options
- Learn our full menu of services — we'll teach you everything you need to know!
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front desk
- Support spa cleanliness and operational standards

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Naturally outgoing with strong communication skills
