Responsibilities:
- Overcome objections during the sales process and increase the membership base.
- Lead, manage, and motivate multiple teams of employees, including massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk associates.
- Oversee front desk operations and all activities related to sales.
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding customer service by provided a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accounting at Point of Sale registers.
- Assist in training new team members and continually evaluate and react to performance issues.
- Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints.
- Ability to work independently as a key holder, opening and closing the store, managing inventory, cash drawer, etc.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Provide training, and foster a positive work environment.
- Assess employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity.
- Drive sales through strategic leadership, tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures in addition to the local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in leadership, with the ability to drive results through a team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Passionate about the spa industry and committed to delivering the highest quality of service.
