Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Reynoldsburg is looking for Ohio licensed massage therapists. We have a very flexible and accommodating schedule.
We are open Sundays from 10AM-6PM, Monday-Friday 9AM-9PM, and Saturday 9AM-8PM.

Job Description:

We are looking for a licensed massage therapist to perform massages for our clients. Hand & Stone Reynoldsburg offers many types of enhancements (Swedish, Himalayan Salt Stones, Hot Stones, Prenatal, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Decompression Therapy, and SO MUCH MORE). Our therapists are provided all the continuing education they would need for success, at no additional cost! Just by onboarding, they receive 12 FREE CEUs. We offer our clients 30-minute (20 minutes hands on), 60-minute (50 minutes hands on), 90-minute (80 minutes hands on).

With our lifestyle program, we continue to grow our clientele and stay very busy. With over 750 members returning monthly, our therapist utilization is over 80% MONTHLY!

Job Responsibilities:

· Create specific treatment plans based on each client’s individual needs.

· Ensure the client has an excellent experience with a friendly and helpful attitude.

· Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness in the therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

· Adhere to State Licensing Laws and Regulations

· Carry Liability Insurance

· Communicate Effectively with Clients, Staff, and Management

· Understand and Believe in the Healing Benefits of Massage Therapy and Bodywork.

Commission Paid Position (Our Spa Maintains 80% utilization so VERY LITTLE sit time)

100% Gratuity Paid to the Massage Therapist

Our pay starts at 30% commission for the services PLUS enhancements!
