We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs.
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions.
- Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend suitable therapies for pain management or occupational health concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
- Document treatment details accurately in client records and communicate progress or concerns as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient service and customer care to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification.
- Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and various massage modalities such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
- Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
- Prior experience in medical spa or occupational health settings is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required.
