Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – SEVERNA PARK (550 Governor Ritchie Hwy Suite I, Severna Park, MD 21146) is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business.
This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.
Lead the Business
- Spa operations and overall performance
- Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability
- Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership
Build the Team
- Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team
- Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset
- Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence
- Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints
Drive the Results
- Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance
- Use reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve results
- Optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs
- Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of leadership experience
- Proven success driving sales and team performance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A balance of people leadership and business acumen
- Strong experience working with KPIs is required
- P&L experience strongly preferred
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)
