Spa Sales Associate

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking Spa Sales Associates
Full Time & Part Time positions are available.

You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our Quakertown spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!

The primary qualifications and requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and service upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Ability to build relationships
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

Job Requirements:
• Ability to learn quickly, self starter.

• Ability to sell Spa Memberships and Gift Cards

• Ability to understand and carry out oral & written instructions & request clarification when needed.
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. a plus
• Retail & Sales experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa Software (will train).
• Excellent personal appearance, good and clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be of good moral character.
• Satisfactory results of background and reference check is a condition of employment in this position.
