We're looking for a dependable, mission-driven Retail Operations Lead to help lead daily store operations, support staff, and create an exceptional experience for every customer. If you enjoy serving others, leading by example, and working in a Christ-centered environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and encourage team members throughout each shift.
- Communicate daily priorities and support staff.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming store.
- Support merchandising, pricing, stocking, and donation processing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve routine concerns.
- Operate the POS system and assist with cash handling.
- Communicate operational needs and opportunities to leadership.
Qualifications
- Previous retail and leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and servant's heart.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and POS experience preferred.
- A gift for visual merchandising, retail displays, or interior design is a strong plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
