HAND & LAND Spa & Goods for your Whole-Being is Kansas City's holistic spa and wellness shop. We're searching for a new team member to join us in our beautiful, intentional shop and spa in Midtown.
We have our sights on someone who is passionate about all things clean beauty and wellness, able to create authentic customer relationships, support daily operations and merchandising, is organized and tidy, has experience with Apple computers and Instagram, takes initiative, is a quick learner and able to maintain a high level of product, ingredient, and wellness industry knowledge. Sales experience preferred. Flexible availability required, including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures
- Provide positive and memorable guest experiences
- Answer phones, book appointments, assist guests with memberships and packages
- Use in store technology to support retail and spa operations
- Perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift to maintain a beautiful, serene, and efficient environment for all team members and guests
- Ensure that all soiled laundry and related items are always addressed and ready
- Execute store operations: process shipments, merchandise inventory, ring in sales
- Assist in daily social media posts (Instagram experience preferred)
The ability to focus on details while multitasking in a fast paced environment is extremely important!

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
