Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Hand Therapist to join our on-site team in Manhattan, NY. Competitive Salary, 90,000 , Competitive benefits. Flexible schedule/4 day week possible. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans for patients with hand and upper extremity conditions. The therapist will use advanced techniques to deliver personalized care and ensure the best possible outcomes. Qualifications
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for hand and upper extremity conditions
• 1 year clinical experience in hand therapy
• Splinting proficiency required
- Skills in therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, splinting, and rehabilitation techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Detail-oriented approach for maintaining patient records and tracking progress
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) required; Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation preferred
