Turning Corners, Inc. is seeking Licensed or Unlicensed Outpatient Mobile Therapists to join our expanding Mental Health team, providing services in the least restrictive environment possible—including office, home, and community settings.
Position Summary
Outpatient therapy at Turning Corners is a dynamic, individualized treatment approach focused on addressing behavioral concerns, relational conflicts, and mood issues such as depression and anxiety. Our mission is to help clients stabilize, develop problem-solving skills, and connect with local resources—delivering care with compassion and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services in office, home, or community settings based on client needs
- Support clients through mood disorders, behavior challenges, and family conflicts
- Collaborate with family members and caregivers to enhance treatment outcomes
- Continually assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Make appropriate referrals to community services and supports
- Complete all documentation in a timely and ethical manner
Qualifications
- Must reside or be able to travel within Kent County
- Licensed professionals (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT) and unlicensed clinicians working toward licensure are welcome to apply
- Experience in working with children and families preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Must be self-directed and comfortable working independently in various settings
