Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Shreveport, LA, for an Estimator / Preconstruction professional. The role includes preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, managing project budgets, and reviewing construction documents. Additional tasks involve collaborating with internal teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and developing cost strategies for a diverse range of construction projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyze blueprints and construction documents
- Experience in construction project management is a plus
- Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
