What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Sales / Spa Associate position at Hand and Stone - Winter Park Village?
Looking for a motivated, customer service focused Sales / Spa Associate for a busy spa in Winter Park! Prior spa experience is a plus but is not required.
Duties include:
- Selling memberships and giftcards
- Providing excellent service to members/ guests by answering phone calls, Setting appointments, greeting members/ guests upon arrival
- Maintaining professional spa environment
- Various duties as assigned by Spa Management

Experience required:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work as a team in a fun and fast paced environment
- Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and sales staff
- Strong sales background
- Able to work flexible days and hours (Nights and Weekends required)
- Experience with Zenoti a PLUS
