Be a part of our Hand and Stone Winter Park Team! Have you had experience selling memberships and leading a team? We are looking for someone to help us reach the #1 position across 700 spas. Winter Park Hand and Stone is an extremely busy location looking for someone who can not only sell memberships and lead a team, but can multi task and motivate other team members. We have 7 spas in Florida and are always looking to grow our team members into Managerial and Regional Roles. We offer hourly, plus commission on sales, and bonus opportunities. Fulltime positions also qualify for medical, dental, vision, 401K, Paid time off, and a free service every month. Duties include:
- Selling memberships and giftcards
- Setting goals and coaching others to drive performance
- Providing excellent service to members/ guests by answering phone calls, Setting appointments, greeting members/ guests upon arrival
- Maintaining professional spa environment
- Various duties as assigned by Spa Management

Experience required:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work as a team in a fun and fast paced environment
- Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and sales staff
- Strong sales background
- Able to work flexible days and hours (Nights and Weekends required)
- Experience with Zenoti a PLUS
