Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa of Middletown is looking for an individual who is reliable, ambitious, flexible, and is a team player. We are looking for candidates who have enough confidence and personality to be in a sales position. We are a team-oriented business and own multiple locations with plenty of opportunity to grow within our company. We offer competitive pay plus commissions and bonuses.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be flexible in schedule
- Prior spa experience a plus but not necessary
- Must be coach-able, confident and comfortable in sales environment
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and esthetics
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Team player
- Computer knowledge
- Perform various other duties as assigned
