Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa of Somerset is looking for a few individuals who are reliable, ambitious, flexible, and are team players. We are looking for candidates who have enough confidence and personality to be in a sales position. We are a team-oriented business and own multiple locations with plenty of opportunity to grow within our company. We offer competitive pay plus commissions and bonuses as well as a fun work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Should be flexible in schedule. Some nights and weekend hours are required
- Should be comfortable and willing to push membership sales
- Should be coach-able, confident and reliable
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival with a SMILE
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and esthetics
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Team player
- Computer knowledge
- Preferably knowledge in Zenoti software, but not required
- Perform various other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
