Spa Sales Associate

Spa Associate / Front Desk Sales – Full-Time (preferred) and Part-Time

Location: Melville/Huntington St., NY 11746

Compensation: STARTING AT...$18 per hour, plus commissions and bonuses

Requirements: MATURE, OLDER, FEMALE PREFERRED....

• FULL TIME (35 hours weekly); PART TIME (20-30 hours weekly)
• Must be Mature, Reliable, Dependable
• Availability to work a combination of days, evenings and one weekend day - Saturday or Sunday (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years Sales and/or Customer Service Experience TEAM PLAYER .

Even if you’re new to the spa industry, we provide training. All you need is a great attitude and at least 2 years of sales or retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Great Sales and Customer Service skills
• Sales include presenting membership and gift card options
• Customer Service includes answer phone calls, manage appointment bookings, greeting customers and closing transaction in Zenoti POS
• Promote spa services, products
• Ensure spa cleanliness and uphold brand standards
• Stay informed about service offerings (we’ll train you!)
• Must be available for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
