What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Verify patient demographics, insurance, and required documentation
- Collect copays, self-pay deposits, and outstanding balances
- Ensure all intake forms and consents are completed accurately
- Support scheduling and coordinate patient flow
- Maintain accurate and organized medical records
- Assist with administrative tasks and front office operations
- Prior front desk or healthcare reception experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, EMR systems)
- Collaborative, team-focused environment
