Job Overview
Hancock Pharmacy is seeking a dynamic and motivated Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with healthcare professionals. One must have the ability to successfully build business relationships with current and future Long Term Care Facilities. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and a proactive sales approach are a necessity. The candidate will expand our market presence in a competitive environment and partner with the inside Pharmacy Team in all matters related to the representatives’ accounts. A company vehicle is provided during working hours for travel purposes.
Part time available, (*could potentially lead to full time)
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a sales strategy that ensures you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set by the company.
- Communicate with all current and potential Long Term Care Facilities on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed and overseeing all sales activity.
- Coordinate with other members of the sales team and management as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all company procedures, policies and values as a representative to potential and current customers.
- Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation, self-discipline and time management.
- Qualifies, creates, manages and self-generates pharmacy sales opportunities.
