Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a P&C Insurance Agent in Atlantic Beach, FL. The P&C Insurance Agent will be responsible for servicing an established book of business, building relationships with new and existing clients, establishing referral partners and quoting and advising clients. The agent will also work with insurance carriers, assist with renewals processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Our requirements are that you hold an active 2-20 license, have strong insurance knowledge, communication skills, and are detailed oriented and well organized. We are looking for someone that is self driven and interested in excelling and growing with the agency. Performance will be rewarded.
Salary is based on experience and performance: Range $45,000 to $65,000.
Qualifications

- Knowledge and understanding of insurance policy forms and practices.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
