We’re looking for a skilled Plaintiff's Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager, with at least two years of Florida law experience. Responsibilities
- As a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager, you will be responsible for opening files, client communications, medical management, requesting records and bills, adjuster communications, preparing demands, negotiating medical bills and liens, and preparing closing statements.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage a pre-litigation caseload under the guidance and supervision of a partner attorney
- Maintain regular communication with clients and carefully review medical records to ensure they are following through with recommended treatment
- Collaborate with medical providers and insurance adjusters to support case progress
- Prepare comprehensive demand packages, assist with negotiations, and finalize cases by preparing closing statements and negotiating medical balances
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager in Florida
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in personal injury case management
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong technical skills: Familiarity with case management software Filevine is a plus
- Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and external parties

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
