We are seeking a motivated attorney to join our civil litigation practice. This involves representation in housing court, bankruptcy court, and all Minnesota district courts, with a focus on all aspects of housing law, including defense work for claims under state and federal fair housing laws. The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in litigation and trial work and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent research/writing abilities, and effective communication skills.
