What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required—we'll train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
• Luxury retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, smartphones, and digital communication tools.
• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
