This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL, for a Used Car Operator. The Used Car Operator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the used car inventory, including evaluating trade-ins, maintaining detailed records, contributing to pricing strategies, and preparing vehicles for sale. They will ensure inventory quality, coordinate with the sales team, and assist in meeting sales goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of vehicle evaluation, vehicle maintenance, and automotive industry practices
- Experience in inventory management, recordkeeping, and organization of large inventories
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Prior experience in automotive sales or operations is a plus
