Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience with a customer-first mindset

- Automotive parts or dealership experience preferred
- Comfortable with technology and dealership systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license required
- Must pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen
