Internet Manager Responsibilities

  • Build and lead Hanania Automotive Group's Internet Sales Department from the ground up.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing Internet Sales team.
  • Create and implement processes that maximize lead conversion, appointments, and sales.
  • Utilize AI, CRM platforms, smartphones, iPads, and digital communication tools to enhance customer engagement and team productivity.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve processes and results.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive online traffic, lead generation, and digital sales growth.
  • Deliver an exceptional online customer experience from first inquiry through vehicle delivery.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technology and digital retail trends while leading The Hanania Way.
Qualifications:

What makes you a good candidate?

  • Proven experience leading or developing an automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales department.
  • Demonstrated success building processes, improving lead conversion, and driving sales performance.
  • Highly proficient with AI tools and technology, including using artificial intelligence to improve communication, productivity, customer engagement, and sales processes.
  • Advanced proficiency using smartphones, tablets (iPad), mobile applications, CRM systems, texting platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital retailing, online lead generation, CRM management, and customer journey optimization.
  • Outstanding leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and continuously improve processes.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug test.
