CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SERVICE ASSOCIATE

As a Customer Experience Service Associate with Hanania CDJR, you’ll be the first friendly face our customers see—greeting them in the service drive, safely moving and parking vehicles, and keeping the drive running smoothly. You’ll also assist with vehicle pick-ups, drop-offs, and loaner exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support the service drive

• Move, park, and organize vehicles

• Keep the service drive clean and clear

• Perform quick vehicle walk-arounds

• Transport vehicles and deliver loaners

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Friendly and outgoing.
• Good judgment and safe driving skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-motivated and easily takes direction from management.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting while driving.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach.
