Position summary
We are seeking an Accounting & Treasury Analyst to support daily banking operations, recurring accounting tasks in our dealership accounting system, and month-end close support. This is a hands-on role that combines routine operational execution (cash movement, postings, documentation) with problem-solving, special projects, and support of our growing reporting/analytics environment. The right candidate is highly trainable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating across departments.
Key responsibilities
Daily banking & cash operations

Support daily banking activities including ACH approvals, wires, internal transfers, and related tracking/documentation.

Complete daily cash postings for the corporate entity, including ZBA activity and other required corporate cash entries.

Maintain accuracy and consistency in cash movement processes and follow internal controls.
Accounting system duties (CDK)

Post assigned daily accounting entries in CDK accurately and on schedule.

Stock vehicles into the accounting system and ensure required supporting documentation is complete.

Prepare monthly reserve statements for designated store(s) and assist with research/explanations as needed.
Payroll support

Assist with payroll-related support activities three times per month (process support, validation, reporting, and/or posting depending on workflow).
Month-end close support

Assist with month-end close activities for the corporate entity and the Acura of Orange Park store, including tie-outs, reconciliation support, schedules, and issue resolution.

Support a fast-paced close cycle and help ensure deadlines are met.
Data & reporting projects (mini data warehouse support)

Assist with building and maintaining a mini data warehouse and reporting ecosystem, including support work across SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Python, and SharePoint (we will train the right person).

Help organize source data, validate outputs, maintain documentation, and support ongoing reporting improvements and automation efforts.
Special projects

Support the Controller with special projects including process improvement, documentation/SOPs, reporting support, and ad hoc analysis.
Qualifications
Required
-
High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership; ability to work independently and follow through.

Advance working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office products (spreadsheets, sorting/filtering, basic formulas, email/Teams).

Strong communication skills and professionalism when coordinating with AP, Treasury, and other departments.

Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive financial data and banking activities.
Preferred (not required)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

Any exposure to banking operations (ACH, wires), accounting tasks, reconciliations, or month-end close.

Interest in analytics/tools (Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python) and/or familiarity with SharePoint.

Automotive/dealership accounting experience and/or familiarity with dealership systems (CDK/Reynolds) is a plus
