What You'll Do
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and assist them upon arrival.
- Move, park, and organize customer and dealership vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Keep the service drive, customer waiting area, and vehicle display areas clean and organized.
- Assist Service Advisors and Technicians by transporting vehicles as needed.
- Shuttle vehicles through the service process, including washes, fuel-ups, and quality checks.
- Help maintain an exceptional customer experience while supporting The Hanania Way through teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Perform additional dealership support duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
