Responsibilities
- Assist brides and customers in selecting wedding gowns, accessories, and related products, offering personalized styling advice.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of various bridal items.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Upsell additional products such as veils, jewelry, and shoes to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is visually appealing.
- Supervise inventory levels, perform stock checks, and coordinate product demos with team members.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or scheduling appointments.
- Support the store’s overall sales goals through effective communication skills and customer service excellence.
- Assist with basic retail math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
- Ensure a welcoming environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization on the sales floor.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures.
