Compensation
- $18.00 per hour
- School Year (September – June): Monday–Friday, shifts between 1:45 p.m. – 6:00 p.m
- Summer (July – August): Monday–Friday, shifts between 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m
- Hours may vary depending on program needs, events, or holidays

The Group Worker will ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for youth participants.
Responsibilities
- Supervise participants to ensure their health, safety, and well-being
- Assist Group Leaders in planning and facilitating program activities
- Provide support with homework help, tutoring, and enrichment activities
- Maintain program documentation (attendance, sign-in/out sheets, incident reports)
- Support the collection of participant and parent surveys
- Help maintain equipment, supplies, and program space
- Actively participate in trainings, meetings, and special events
- Report to the Program Director for delegated tasks and guidance
- High School Diploma or GED required (proof must be provided during hiring)
- Prior experience in youth development strongly preferred
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to working with children and families
- Ability to work cooperatively with peers and professional staff
- Must successfully complete OCFS/PETS background clearance
- Must provide a recent medical exam including proof of PPD test at hire
