Position Summary: CAD Technician
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent CAD design experience
Essential Job Functions:
- CAD Technician supporting RFID products and other product lines, as needed
- Use simulation (CAD) software to create full product specifications
- Reviews and/or initiates specification changes
- Supports field troubleshooting calls related to RFID or other products
- Tests product prototypes to adjust specifications
- Evaluates the product prototypes to identify potential safety hazards or quality issues
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD, and CAM software
- Familiarity with relevant industry organizations such as SAE, SME< and ASTM
- Advanced analytical & design skills, & strong project management skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team that includes international team members, within a dynamic working environment
- Detail-oriented & driven to complete assigned tasks on time
- Superior organizational & problem-solving skills
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to develop & create new ideas, systems, & relationships for the success of Hana
- Analyze information & evaluate results to make the best decision when problem-solving
- Ability to identify new opportunities & pursue them to the advantage of Hana
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Physical Requirements:
