Server/Waiter

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the OpenTable system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• A passion for sales and providing outstanding customer service in a nightclub or restaurant setting is desirable.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
