Greeters are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression of ALOHA for our guests in a fast-paced environment. These individuals with refined communication skills can influence the overall restaurant experience and set the course for our guests to navigate through menu recommendations and providing table seating accommodations.
This position entails:
- answering phone calls.
- taking reservations.
- handling room service/takeout orders when room service attendants are on a call.
- occasionally helping with closing out checks.
- Setting/ bussing tables.
- wiping down chairs/menus/ host stand, sweeping doorway, wiping down screens, window panels and dusting.
Preparing the team for success by:
- restocking menus, crayons, takeout order slips.
- BOH & FOH printer paper, sanitizing wipes/spray.
- Folding rags/cleaning cloths.
Communication is the key to success. Greeters are responsible for reporting any issues, large reservations, and special celebrations to front and back of the house management. Greeters may be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
The full-time greeter is a temporary position and employment for this position ends January 3, 2026. The greeter position pays an hourly rate of $20.26.

- Present TB Clearance upon hire.
