Hana Industries is recruiting for a Warehouse Customer Service Technician to join our team in Gettysburg for the Federal Communications Commission.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide problem resolution
- Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up or additional information as needed
- May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information
- Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
- Assists in a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience
- Must have valid driver's license
- Able to lift/carry 50-70 lbs., bend, kneel , reach, pull push
- Basic computer proficiency
- Team oriented
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Diligence and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good dexterity.
