Our Dermatology clinic located in Rochester Hills Michigan is looking for a Full Time Medical Assistant to join our practice that can work Mon-Fri and one Saturday a month. Not only will you get exposure to both medical and cosmetic procedures, but you will be joining an amazingly wonderful team.
Pay range: $18-$20 an hour based on experience

POSITION SUMMARY: Assists physicians or licensed healthcare practitioners in ensuring a smooth patient care experience and outstanding service to patients seeking skin, hair, nail and cosmetic medical services, including, but not limited to.
- Preparing the rooms
- Pulling and maintaining charts
- Verifying documents
- Ensuring timely service
- Greeting patients
- Obtaining and documenting patient information
- Accompanying and/or assisting the providers with procedures
- Communicating with patients, providers and other staff members
- Updating the electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Performing cleaning, sterilizing, organizing and inventory tasks
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Certificate of Completion of Medical Assistance Program, BCLS Certification, and/or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Certifications preferred but not required.
