What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Framer position at Hams Construction LLC?
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, sketches, and construction plans to determine framing specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other building materials according to design specifications.
- Assemble, erect, and secure framework for residential structures, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Install windows, doors, and other structural elements within the framing.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all framing is level, plumb, and properly aligned.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, keeping tools and equipment in good condition.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.45 per hour
