Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gaffney, SC for an E-Commerce Specialist. The E-Commerce Specialist will oversee daily e-commerce operations, manage product listings, track inventory, and analyze sales performance. The role requires collaborating with internal teams to enhance the online shopping experience, optimize sales strategies, and provide exceptional customer support. Additional responsibilities include monitoring trends, creating actionable reports, and supporting the development of promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce knowledge and experience managing online retail platforms
- Excellent Analytical Skills for tracking performance and identifying trends
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience working in Sales with a goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
