Water Aerobics Instructor

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Water Aerobics Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engaging fitness classes and providing personalized training sessions that inspire participants to achieve their health and fitness goals. The Instructor will play a key role in fostering a positive and motivating water aerobics fitness environment.

Duties

• Design and implement effective fitness programs tailored to the needs of individuals and groups.
• Lead high-energy group classes at client's choice location in the Hamptons.
• Provide personalized training sessions that focus on individual goals, ensuring safety and proper technique.
• Monitor participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to continuously improve class offerings.
• Foster a supportive community atmosphere among members through encouragement and motivation.

Qualifications

• Water Fitness Certification and current CRP certification. Lifeguarding cert is a plus.
• Experience in dance, CrossFit, Pilates, or other specialized fitness programs is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of program design principles for diverse fitness levels.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals or groups.
• Previous experience in group fitness settings is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• A passion for health and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
