Rate: Up to $36.97 Per Hour
Location: Southampton, NY
Facility: The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing
Shift Time: 7am – 7:40pm / 7pm- 7:40am (12-Hour Shifts)
Schedule Options: Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
Perform physical assessments and monitor for changes in resident conditions.
Document clinical data thoroughly in electronic medical records (EMR).
Supervise and support CNAs to ensure a high standard of daily living assistance.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Maintain a safe, organized, and sterile environment following all infection control protocols.
Requirements
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must meet health requirements, including TB test and physical.
