Hotel Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within the hotel. This role is essential in ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to their overall experience during their stay.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and clean for each guest.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Experience in housekeeping management within a hotel setting is preferred.
• Proficient in floor care techniques to maintain various types of flooring surfaces.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Previous hotel housekeeping is advantageous but not required.
