Maintenance Technician (Part Time) - Hampton Sarasota Airport

Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs and installations
- Weld using stick welding techniques to repair metal components
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Maintain records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal stakeholders

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field
- Proficient in electrical systems, including low voltage wiring and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Experience with precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs and installations
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
- Basic understanding of technical sales principles for equipment procurement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
